When you register using Dignitat, you will provide a variety of information about yourself including, (i) contact information like name, email address, postal address, phone number and mobile number; (ii) username and password; (iii) bank details including credit card or debit card details; and (iv) any correspondence between you and us. However, this personal information may be shared either with organizations looking for volunteers or blood donors as this is the most reliable way to ensure that volunteers/blood donors and organizations will properly match.

If you transact with us (through making donations/contributions), we collect some additional information, such as a billing address, a credit/debit card number and a credit/debit card expiration date and/or other payment instrument details.

If you choose to post messages or leave feedback, we will collect that information you provide to us. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide User support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

While you can browse some sections of our Website without being a registered member, certain activities (such as making a donation/contribution) do require registration. We do use your contact information to send you information such as receipts, certificates, upcoming events, newsletters, etc.

When you register with our Site we require your email address that may be used for all communications ensuing from your activity on the Site. Please be aware that if you have signed up as a volunteer and/or blood donor, you will receive text messages, emails and calls with regard to this service. If you would like to not get such communication messages, please unsubscribe as a volunteer and/or blood donor.
